Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.


1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Not be altered, customised, or damaged after delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products with removed or damaged tags

4. Delhi Verified Delivery (Special Service)

For orders delivered within Delhi, KapdeLatte offers a Verified Delivery experience.

Customers may check the product at the time of delivery to confirm:

  • Correct item
  • Size
  • Visible condition

If there is any issue, it can be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

This service allows inspection only. Full trials or usage are not permitted at delivery.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup (if applicable).


6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the issue

To ensure a smooth resolution, we may request a short unboxing video showing the condition of the package at the time of opening. This helps us verify issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit (optional): Can be issued faster upon request

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • Refund
    or
  • Store credit

9. Failed Return Conditions

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product shows signs of use
  • Tags are removed
  • Item is damaged after delivery

In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer.


10. Important Notes

  • We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery
  • In case of visible damage or tampering, inform us within 24 hours
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
