1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

–       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–4 business days

–       Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days

–       Remote areas and J&K: 7–10 business days

 

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Charges

–       Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

–       Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 shipping charge

–       Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India at an additional charge of ₹49

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our website using your Order ID.

 

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to reschedule. Unclaimed orders after 7 days of return will be processed as a refund (minus COD charges, if applicable).

 

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel before opening and email us at dripwclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

7. Shipping Outside India

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be announced on our website and social media channels.
